Dastex Group, backed by Riverside, has acquired Abovo, a Selzach, Switzerland-based distributor of cleanroom consumables serving life sciences, semiconductors and aerospace.
The Riverside Company’s portfolio company Dastex Group has acquired Abovo, a distributor of cleanroom consumables based in Selzach, Switzerland. The transaction is Dastex’s seventh add-on.
Abovo supplies cleanroom consumables to customers in life sciences, semiconductors and aerospace, including watchmakers.
