PickTrace, an agricultural workforce management, labor compliance and operations software provider, is now backed by Terminus Capital Partners. The company was founded by brothers who grew up on their family’s Southern California blueberry, avocado and citrus farm.
"PickTrace has established itself as the clear leader in the labor compliance and time & productivity market niche within AgTech focused on specialty growers," said Alex Western, Founder and Managing Director of Terminus Capital Partners. Terminus Capital Partners plans to support product innovation, platform expansion, and new market entry in the fragmented specialty grower AgTech market.
Software Equity Group served as exclusive financial advisor and Holland & Knight served as legal counsel to PickTrace.
