Trinity Hunt-backed Averon Group invests in CEC

Averon Group, a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has invested in Control Equipment Company (CEC), a Utah-based distributor of HVAC controls and related products.

CEC supplies boiler controls, VAV systems, testing equipment and replacement parts to contractors and building automation professionals across the Intermountain West. No financial terms were disclosed.
