The Riverside Company-backed Decera Clinical has acquired Onviv, a provider of real-world intelligence, scientific communications, training and stakeholder engagement services for life sciences organizations.
The combination will integrate Onviv’s capabilities with Decera’s ActivationOS AI platform, which unifies data, workflows and intelligence into a single system, to advance commercial and clinical execution.
“From our earliest conversations, it was clear there was strong strategic and cultural alignment between our organizations,” said Jeff Meehan, Founder and CEO of Onviv.
The add-on broadens Decera Clinical’s offerings across healthcare insights, scientific engagement and medical communications.
Riverside invested in Decera in 2020 and has since built the platform into a scientific activation partner to the life sciences industry.
