Total Sanitation Services closes Spanky’s Portable Toilets acquisition
Adds a Tuscaloosa, Alabama operation to the portable sanitation platform while giving it access to new construction, event and other customer relationships.
Total Sanitation Services has added Spanky’s Portable Toilets, a Tuscaloosa, Alabama provider of portable restroom rentals, restroom trailers, waste servicing and transportation services. The business serves construction companies, event organizers and other customers in the Tuscaloosa market.
Trivest Partners backs Total Sanitation Services, which has also added Black Tie Toilets in Ontario, Clinkscales Portable Toilets in Oregon and Jiffy John in British Columbia. CEO Ed Genovese said Spanky’s adds an established regional operator, and the company plans to support the business while maintaining its customer relationships and local operating practices.
