ORS Nasco, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, acquired Techniweld & PowerWeld, a North American welding products wholesaler, and the Boardwalk, GEN, and Windsoft proprietary brands from Essendant. The deal extends ORS's welding distribution into Canada and the U.S., building on its prior acquisitions of Alliance Distribution and Techniweld USA, and broadens its janitorial, sanitation, paper, and foodservice offerings.
ORS operates 13 distribution locations and serves distributors across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East.
