Riverside-backed Western Botanicals adds CSB Nutrition
CSB Nutrition, a Spanish Fork, Utah-based contract manufacturer of vitamin and dietary supplements founded in 2001, joins Riverside's Western Botanicals platform.
The Riverside Company has invested in CSB Nutrition, a contract developer and manufacturer of vitamin, mineral, herbal and dietary supplements, as an add-on to its portfolio company Western Botanicals.
Founded in 2001 and based in Spanish Fork, Utah, CSB makes supplements for health and wellness brands. Riverside said the deal fits its health, longevity and flavor thesis, an area where it has completed more than 40 platform investments.
