Siparex Entrepreneurs takes majority stake in KOALYS

Siparex Entrepreneurs 6 has made its second investment by becoming majority shareholder of KOALYS alongside the group's management. The deal also hands over leadership, with Olivier Héaulme becoming chairman and succeeding Guillaume Exbrayat, who led the group for more than ten years.

KOALYS, founded in 1997, runs the Diagamter franchise network for property diagnostics, with 111 franchisees and 170 offices in France and more than 44 diagnostic types. It also operates Aléa Contrôles and offers franchisees the proprietary tools DiagDesk and DiagGPT. It employs 34 people at headquarters and more than 350 certified technicians, with network revenue of close to €40 million.

Exbrayat remains a shareholder and will support the company through the transition. The parties plan to expand the network in Paris, Marseille and Montpellier and strengthen franchisee services, with targeted opportunities possibly supporting regional presence or broadening the offer.
