Siparex Entrepreneurs exits Ceetadel in second LBO

Siparex Entrepreneurs is selling its stake in Ceetadel, a French communication, marketing and digital transformation group, in connection with the group's second LBO.

Siparex Entrepreneurs first came in during 2023 through its Capital Entrepreneurs 5 fund, backing the group's first opening of its capital. The investment supported external growth, the integration of new expertise and access to large clients. Revenue rose from 11 million to 40 million euros over three years, helped by six acquisitions and the creation of SocIAty, an artificial intelligence consultancy.

Ceetadel serves large accounts and mid-sized companies on marketing, communication, data and technology. It has nine entities and 250 employees in France.
