Third Space Partners acquires Quest Events, a live event drape provider

Investment vehicles managed by Third Space Partners have acquired Quest Events, which the firm describes as the national leader in drape and modular scenic solutions for live events. Quest's founder and CEO Lee Dunlap and his management team will continue to lead the business.

Quest has served the industry for nearly 30 years, supporting more than 17,000 events a year from 17 locations and more than 5,000 customer accounts. Third Space plans to expand Quest's scenic offering, enter new segments through its music, sports and entertainment relationships, and pursue complementary acquisitions. McGuireWoods LLP advised Third Space, and funds affiliated with BDT & MSD Partners provided debt financing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
