First Legal acquires Complete Legal and A-Legal in Texas
Dallas-based Complete Legal and Dallas-Fort Worth paralegal-led firm A-Legal join First Legal, expanding its litigation support footprint in Texas.
First Legal, a litigation support provider backed by Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Complete Legal, a Dallas-based provider serving Texas law firms since 2001, and A-Legal, a paralegal-led litigation document support firm serving Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 30 years.
The deal extends First Legal's Texas presence, where it has served clients for more than a decade.
First Legal CEO Alex Martinez said the companies share First Legal's dependable, client-first approach. The deal follows several recent acquisitions, including AAA Attorney Service in September 2026 and Bee Reporting Agency in August 2026. Kenyon Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Complete Legal and A-Legal.
