A&M Capital completes majority investment in Delta Group

A&M Capital announced that its A&M Capital Partners strategy acquired a majority interest in Delta Group, a tech-enabled national provider of investigative and claims support services. Terms were not disclosed.

Delta Group CEO Ray Therrien said the partnership gives the company resources to accelerate investment in innovation. A&M Capital cited Delta Group's national footprint, client relationships and proprietary technology, and said it will support organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Piper Sandler served as financial advisor to Delta Group, and Mintz Levin served as its legal advisor. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to A&M Capital.
