Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration adds Advantage Roofing & Exteriors
Founded in 1998, Advantage serves homeowners and businesses across Southwest Michigan and is Ridgeline’s eighth add-on acquisition.
Bertram Capital-backed Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration acquired Advantage Roofing & Exteriors, a residential and commercial roofing contractor based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Tim Brown founded Advantage in 1998.
The company serves Southwest Michigan with roofing installation and repair, siding, gutters, decks and storm damage restoration. The transaction is Ridgeline’s eighth acquisition.
Ridgeline provides residential and commercial roofing and restoration services and continues to seek partnerships with roofing and exterior-services businesses. The acquisition was announced September 23.
