Bertram Capital Invests in STARC Systems
The Maine manufacturer makes reusable containment walls for construction in occupied buildings.
Bertram Capital invested in STARC Systems, a Brunswick, Maine-based manufacturer of reusable temporary containment wall systems for renovation and construction in occupied spaces. Customers include general contractors, healthcare providers, airport operators and rental partners.
Its products address dust and pathogen containment, noise control and fire-safety requirements. STARC opened a 107,000-square-foot manufacturing and operations facility in May 2026.
President and CEO Chris Vickers will partner with Bertram, including its in-house technology team, Bertram Labs. The transaction is Bertram Fund V’s sixth platform investment.
