Lime Rock New Energy-backed HCP acquires Holton Concrete Products

HCP Infrastructure, the low-carbon precast concrete platform of Lime Rock New Energy, has acquired 100% of Holton Concrete Products from founders Thomas and Barbara Holton. Aligned Climate Capital made a minority investment in HCP as part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Holton produces reinforced concrete pipe and precast structures for infrastructure customers in the Nashville metropolitan area and broader Middle Tennessee market. HCP plans to upgrade Holton's manufacturing capabilities and advance lower-embodied-carbon materials and production practices, and it intends to broaden Holton's product lines and geographic reach over time.
