Broad Sky Partners-backed Commonwealth Electrical Technologies acquired Horton Electrical Services, a Connecticut electrical and civil services contractor. Founded in 1976, Horton works on wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations, solar installations, generator services and civil site projects across the Northeast.
It employs more than 100 field staff and 20 managers, nearly doubling CET’s workforce. Broad Sky became CET’s majority investor in February 2025.
