Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration adds Fremont Roofing Company
The deal brings a Fremont, Nebraska-based exterior services provider serving residential and commercial customers across Nebraska and Iowa.
Fremont Roofing Company, a roofing installation and repair, siding and gutter services provider based in Fremont, Nebraska, was added to Bertram Capital-backed Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration.
Founded in 2011 by JB Harris, the company serves residential and commercial building owners in Fremont and surrounding communities, with a broader reputation across Nebraska and Iowa.
The acquisition is Ridgeline's sixth and brings siding, gutter and gutter guard capabilities alongside the platform's residential and commercial roofing and restoration work.
