AGS American Glass Services, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, acquired Mark Industries, a commercial glazing contractor based in Elgin, Illinois. Mark provides fabrication and installation of commercial glass systems for warehouse, office, and retail buildings throughout the greater Chicago area, extending AGS's footprint into the Chicago metropolitan market.
The deal also brings a tenured glazier workforce and long-standing local customer relationships.
