Waterland buys 50% stake in Milieu Service Groep
Waterland is acquiring a 50% stake in Dutch waste management company Milieu Service Groep, active in the Netherlands and Germany; financial terms were not disclosed.
Waterland is acquiring a 50 per cent stake in Milieu Service Groep (MSG), a waste management company active in the Netherlands and Germany. The investment is intended to support the group's further expansion.
The existing shareholders will retain the remaining 50 per cent, Waterland said. Financial details were not disclosed.
