Asteria Group, a pan-European labels and packaging business backed by Waterland Private Equity, has acquired Abbey Labels, a Suffolk-based self-adhesive label manufacturer.
Abbey Labels was founded as a family-run printing business in the early 1970s and now produces more than half a billion labels annually for UK customers, using digital and flexographic printing.
