TDR-backed Lyceum Education Group agrees deal for Aspiration Training
Lyceum Education Group, owned by TDR Capital, is acquiring Aspiration Training, a UK apprenticeships and vocational training provider.
Lyceum Education Group, a TDR Capital portfolio company, has struck a deal to acquire Aspiration Training, a UK provider of apprenticeships and vocational training.
Aspiration Training delivers training in the dental, early years, adult care and education sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds a vocational and apprenticeship training provider to Lyceum's education holdings in the UK market.
