TDR Capital agrees to acquire OCU from Triton
TDR Capital has agreed to buy OCU Group, a UK, Australia and New Zealand infrastructure services provider, from Triton.
TDR Capital has agreed to acquire OCU Group from fellow private equity firm Triton. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
OCU provides design, engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance services for critical energy and infrastructure assets, operating in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
