engage2learn adds Instructional Coaching Group
Jim Knight's research-based coaching frameworks, including the Impact Cycle and Instructional Playbook, join engage2learn's AI-powered GroweLab platform and live coaching events.
Instructional Coaching Group, a provider of professional development content, events and services for coaches, teachers and administrators, has been acquired by engage2learn, a nationwide provider of leadership coaching, teacher development and software for school districts. Founded in 2006, the company serves school districts and educators across the United States; co-founder Jim Knight has spent more than 30 years developing research-based coaching practices.
The deal is engage2learn's third acquisition of the year. "ICG is a mission-aligned company with a long history of advancing instructional excellence," said Scott VanHoy, Partner at Leeds Equity Partners.
Leeds Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on education, training and information services, backs engage2learn.
