Taurus-Backed Pathlight Acquires Four Primrose Schools in Omaha
A separate agreement covers eleven future school developments; those locations are not part of the acquired portfolio.
Pathlight Learning, backed by Taurus Capital Partners, has acquired four Primrose schools providing early childhood education and care in Omaha, Nebraska. The schools will retain their teaching teams and leadership.
The acquisition brings Pathlight to seven operating schools across Oklahoma City, Nashville and Omaha, serving more than 1,000 children. It is the platform’s second transaction since Taurus invested in August 2025.
Separately, Pathlight signed an agreement to develop eleven more schools, including expansion into Kentucky and Ohio, with its first new opening expected in 2027.
