Queen’s Park Equity-backed Canford acquires Lemonaid Motor Legal
Canford Group has completed its bolt-on acquisition of Rotherham-based Lemonaid, which provides claims management services to motor insurance brokers.
Canford Group, a portfolio company of Queen’s Park Equity, has completed the acquisition of Lemonaid Motor Legal. Lemonaid is based in Rotherham and supplies white-label first notification of loss and claims management services to motor insurance brokers.
The transaction is a bolt-on acquisition for Canford Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
