QPE-Backed Initiate Acquires Dark Peak Analytics
The completed transaction combines health economics modelling and analytics with market-access and outcomes-research consulting.
Initiate, backed by Queen’s Park Equity, has acquired Dark Peak Analytics, a specialist health economics modelling and analytics business. The companies will operate as one organisation, combining market-access consulting, health economics and outcomes research, health technology assessment, evidence generation and analytical capabilities.
The broader offering is intended to support clients across the product lifecycle and help the combined business pursue larger assignments. Andrew Mumford leads Initiate, while Robert Smith is managing director of Dark Peak Analytics.
Clients will continue working with their existing teams. QPE announced the completed acquisition on September 7.
