Inverness Graham Completes Majority Recapitalization of EasyLlama
Founded in 2019, the company provides compliance training, Human Resource Information Systems integrations and AI-powered workflow automation through a unified platform.
EasyLlama, a governance, risk and compliance software platform serving small and medium-sized businesses, was recapitalized by Inverness Graham. The company serves more than 5,500 SMB customers across technology, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, food service and hospitality.
EasyLlama was established following the passage of California Senate Bill 1343, which expanded harassment-prevention training requirements to employers with five or more employees. Inverness Graham, based in Philadelphia, has prior investments in Syntrio and Swipeclock in governance, risk and compliance and HR technology.
Paul Hastings served as legal counsel to Inverness Graham, while Shea & Company acted as its exclusive financial advisor; Gunderson Dettmer provided legal counsel to EasyLlama, with Vista Point Advisors serving as the company’s exclusive financial advisor. “Inverness Graham’s proven GRC expertise made them the ideal partner for our next phase of growth,” said Samuel Devyver, co-founder and CEO of EasyLlama.
