OceanSound Partners has completed an investment in IMSAR, a developer of synthetic aperture radar technology and mission software for aircraft. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
IMSAR is based in Springville, Utah. Its SAR payloads and mission software are used on more than 100 manned and unmanned aircraft platforms worldwide.
