Certerra, an OceanSound Partners-backed testing platform, has acquired Skyrise Engineering and Testing, a South Florida geotechnical and materials testing business founded in 2022. The company was launched by Eric Stern and Richard Fesdjian, who each bring two decades of industry experience, and provides testing services for construction and infrastructure projects across South Florida.
Skyrise has grown into one of South Florida's trusted geotechnical and materials testing providers since its founding.
