ISAI-backed N10C acquires three French IT managed services providers

Dataouest and Fautech, both in Normandy, and Apixis, based in Toulouse, have joined the N10C managed IT services group together.

ISAI-backed N10C, founded in 2025 by Ziad Saleh, Nicolas Lukasiewicz and Hugo Porcher, has completed its first three acquisitions in managed IT services: Dataouest, Fautech and Apixis. Dataouest and Fautech are based in Normandy and Apixis in Toulouse.

Together the three companies serve more than 1,000 SMEs and mid-sized companies and employ 50 people. N10C said its founders and the managers of the companies joining the group jointly hold the majority of its capital, and that the acquired firms keep their management, brands and local presence.

N10C said several further acquisitions of regional MSPs are to close before the end of 2026, targeting EUR 40 million in revenue by then and EUR 200 million within five years. ISAI said the investment supports N10C's external growth and technology spending.
