Allstate's Arity agrees to buy remaining stake in Replica
Replica provides machine-learning travel pattern data and scenario modeling for transportation agencies and planners.
Arity, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining ownership interest in Replica, a data and technology company. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. No purchase price was disclosed.
Replica delivers data and insights for public agencies, urban planners and infrastructure decision-makers, applying machine-learning models to large datasets while maintaining privacy protections. Arity said the deal extends its mobility intelligence platform, alongside its completed acquisition of INRIX, to combine how people travel with how transportation networks perform.
