CrowdStrike to acquire AI agent observability provider Fiddler AI

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fiddler AI, a provider of AI agent observability and explainability, with the deal announced at Fal.Con Europe 2026 in Barcelona.

Fiddler will extend the Falcon platform across the agent lifecycle, covering pre-deployment evaluation, production behavior tracking, decision tracing and auditable governance. It will be sold as Falcon Observe, generally available in CrowdStrike's fourth quarter of fiscal 2027.

The purchase price is to be paid mostly in cash, with a portion in stock subject to vesting conditions. CrowdStrike expects the acquisition to close in its fourth quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to customary closing conditions. No purchase price was disclosed.
