3CLogic makes AI-powered cloud contact center and voice engagement software that works with CRM and customer service platforms.
PartnerOne announced the acquisition of 3CLogic, a Voice AI and customer experience platform that combines conversational AI, intelligent automation and live agent engagement with its CPaaS infrastructure. The deal was described as completed and no purchase price was disclosed.
3CLogic sells a headless voice engagement layer that sits on top of existing systems such as CRM and ITSM platforms, adding Voice AI agents and intelligent routing. PartnerOne said it acquires enterprise software companies to invest in their growth over the long term, and 3CLogic CEO Denis Seynhaeve said the company would pursue its next phase of growth under the new owner.
