ISAI exits while Ternel reinvests and the co-CEOs increase their stakes; HomeExchange plans further expansion in North America and Western Europe.
Verlinvest invested in HomeExchange, a travel platform listing more than 600,000 homes across 155 countries. Members exchange stays rather than pay one another for accommodation.
Shareholder ISAI is exiting, while Ternel renews its investment and co-CEOs Emmanuel Arnaud and Charles-Édouard Girard increase their stakes. The company plans to expand in North America and Western Europe and improve its messaging, booking calendar and search tools.
HomeExchange facilitated more than 11.8 million overnight stays for 2.3 million travelers in the past year and employs over 150 people across France, Croatia, Spain and the United States.
