Gemspring Capital-backed TRG acquired Vista Technology Support, a Cardiff, Wales-based provider of technology field services. Founded in 1995, Vista serves retail, hospitality, leisure and healthcare customers across the UK and Ireland.
Its more than 400 employees include field engineers, service desk specialists, staging technicians and project managers. Services span equipment installation, preventive maintenance, break-fix repairs, service desk support and IT procurement.
Cleveland-based TRG manages enterprise devices throughout their lifecycle and operates facilities in North America, Europe and Latin America.
