Combines industrial solvent distribution, blending, and recycling operations headquartered in Pelham, Alabama with Shrieve's specialty chemicals distribution network across key markets.
Research Solutions Group, a distributor, blender, and recycler of industrial solvents and specialty chemicals headquartered in Pelham, Alabama, has been acquired by Shrieve Chemical Company, a Gemspring Capital portfolio company and global distributor of specialized chemicals. Founded in 1971, the company serves customers throughout the Southeastern United States with industrial solvents, custom solvent blends, specialty chemical products, and solvent recycling and waste management services.
