The Houston company has worked with more than 250 restaurant brands representing over 25,000 locations.
Valsoft operating entity Edelweiss Software Group acquired Mirus Information Technology Services, a Houston-based restaurant analytics and data management software provider. Founded in 1999, Mirus has worked with more than 250 restaurant brands representing over 25,000 locations.
Its software combines data from point-of-sale, reservations, labor, inventory, finance, loyalty and delivery systems into reporting and dashboards. Mirus will continue operating autonomously with its existing leadership and employees.
The acquisition gives Edelweiss its first restaurant intelligence platform. Ponterra Business Advisors advised Mirus, with legal counsel from DuBois Bryant & Campbell.
