Gemspring Capital-backed TRG has acquired Barcode Supply, LLC, adding a provider of barcode, RFID, labeling, and data capture solutions to its endpoint lifecycle platform.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Greensboro, Georgia, Barcode Supply serves organizations across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, healthcare, food and beverage, transportation and logistics, and the public sector.
The deal brings complementary hardware, consumables, software, and technical services capabilities, while expanding TRG's U.S. presence, particularly in the Southeast.

Following the transaction, Littleton and the Barcode Supply team will continue serving customers as part of TRG.
