First Reserve sells Trillium Pumps US to Crane Company
First Reserve-backed Trillium Flow Technologies is selling its U.S. pumps operation, which primarily serves municipal water and wastewater markets.
Crane Company agreed to acquire Trillium Pumps US from First Reserve-backed Trillium Flow Technologies for approximately $240 million. The business supplies pumping equipment primarily to municipal water and wastewater customers through its Floway, Wemco, Roto-Jet and WSP brands.
Its installed equipment base supports recurring service, repair, retrofit and replacement work. Closing is expected later in 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
J.P. Morgan Securities is advising Trillium Flow Technologies and First Reserve, with Freshfields serving as legal adviser.
