Main Capital Partners sells FleetGO to Aptean
The Netherlands-based company serves more than 8,100 fleet operators and logistics providers across Europe.
Aptean acquired FleetGO from Main Capital Partners, adding a cloud-based logistics software suite spanning transport, fleet and warehouse management. Founded in 2010 and based in Hattem, the Netherlands, FleetGO employs more than 250 people across nine European offices.
Its platform combines order-to-delivery workflows with telematics and compliance tools, including tachograph analysis and remote downloads. FleetGO serves more than 8,100 mid-sized fleet operators and logistics providers, alongside enterprise customers.
The acquisition adds mainland European transportation and fleet capabilities to Aptean’s supply-chain software offering.
