WestBridge-backed Koto acquires Stereo Creative
Koto, a WestBridge portfolio company, has completed its first acquisition since WestBridge's April 2025 investment, buying creative agency Stereo Creative.
WestBridge portfolio company Koto has completed the acquisition of Stereo Creative, its first deal since WestBridge invested in the business in April 2025. The move is part of Koto's plan to build a global agency group serving international brands.
Stereo brings long-standing clients across sport, entertainment and technology, including Nike, Arsenal, FIFA, Converse, the San Francisco 49ers, EA Sports, Twitch and Bumble. Koto says the deal takes the combined group to 230 people across eight studios in London, Berlin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Portland, Dubai and Sydney.
Koto CEO James Greenfield said Stereo adds a strong client portfolio and complementary capabilities. WestBridge director Ed Minton said the deal forms part of a strategy combining organic growth with selected acquisitions.
