Wind Point-Backed Pavion Acquires Communication Company
The Midwest systems integrator adds healthcare communications, nurse-call and real-time location capabilities to Pavion’s regional operations.
Pavion, backed by Wind Point Partners, has acquired Communication Company, a Midwest provider of life-safety, security, audiovisual and communications systems. Founded in 1976, the business designs, installs and services systems for healthcare, education and commercial customers.
It brings experience serving hospitals and healthcare systems, including nurse-call and real-time location systems. Communication Company’s team will continue serving customers locally, with access to Pavion’s engineering resources and broader technology portfolio.
Pavion operates more than 70 US locations and generates more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
