Promera, backed by Angeles Equity Partners, acquired Formula Facilities Services and Critical Area Cleaning, two data center contamination-control businesses operating in the UK and Ireland. Formula maintains live data centers, while Critical Area Cleaning handles contamination control before and after construction.
Martin Glennon and Jack Rowley will continue to run the respective businesses, reporting to newly appointed international managing director Jim Harding. The acquisitions give Promera services spanning construction through ongoing operations.
