H.I.G. Capital completed an investment in Click Here Digital, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based digital marketing agency serving automotive, legal and government customers. Founded in 1993, the company provides search and artificial intelligence optimization, paid social, programmatic advertising, connected TV and creative services.
Its proprietary ClickIQ platform brings together client onboarding, budgeting, campaign management, attribution and performance reporting. Co-founder Bo White is CEO.
Canaccord Genuity advised Click Here, while Stephens and TD Securities advised H.I.G. Financial terms were not disclosed.
