Veritas Capital agrees to acquire Steampunk, then merge it with MetroStar Systems
The merger creates a force multiplier by combining MetroStar's AI-enabled digital transformation with Steampunk's user-centered Design Intelligence for government clients.
Veritas Capital is combining Steampunk, a federal contractor specializing in user-centered design and digital transformation, with existing portfolio company MetroStar Systems to form a scaled provider of AI and mission-focused technology services for the U.S. government.
"The combination of MetroStar and Steampunk will create a powerful force multiplier for delivering mission-critical solutions at scale," said Hugh Evans, Managing Partner, Veritas.
