Riata-backed COEO Solutions adds NetWolves Network Services
The deal adds managed network services capabilities and follows the Riata-backed platform’s April acquisition of S-NET Communications.
COEO Solutions, a Riata Capital Group-backed managed network and communications provider, acquired NetWolves Network Services, a Tampa-based specialist in enterprise connectivity, network monitoring and infrastructure management.
NetWolves provides SD-WAN, cloud, cybersecurity and managed services to mid-market companies with distributed operations.
The transaction is COEO's second acquisition of 2026, following its April purchase of S-NET Communications.
NetWolves executives Peter Castle and Scott Foote will remain as senior advisers during the integration.
