Veritas Capital sells Epiq Solutions to TTM Technologies
The $1.1 billion transaction caps a four-year Veritas Capital ownership period in which Epiq moved beyond small-form-factor software-defined radios into embedded computing and RF applications across air, land, sea and space.
Epiq Solutions, a defense-focused provider of software-defined radios, embedded computing and RF technology, is being sold by Veritas Capital to TTM Technologies, Inc. The platform serves commercial, government and defense customers across signals intelligence, electronic warfare, unmanned systems and space.
Veritas acquired Epiq in 2022 and subsequently added Xiphos Systems and Cyber Radio Solutions, two acquisitions that brought space computing and high-performance RF capabilities into the platform. TTM is a global manufacturer of technology products, offering a manufacturing and technology infrastructure that can pair with Epiq's specialized RF and embedded computing portfolio.
Latham & Watkins LLP is serving as legal advisor to Epiq and Veritas, and the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
