Veritas Capital has agreed to acquire BGIS, a global integrated facilities-management provider that manages more than 65,000 sites for government, industrial, healthcare and data center clients.

The transaction will provide a full exit for CCMP Capital Advisors and Alberta Investment Management Corporation, which have backed BGIS since 2019.

The parties expect to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
