WVT Group has acquired ÈCOSÌ, an Italian specialist in cleaning and disinfection solutions based in Forlì. The deal makes ÈCOSÌ the group's first direct operation in Italy and a platform for further growth in that market.
Founded in 1998, ÈCOSÌ develops and manufactures biocides, detergents and peracetic acid solutions. Its offer combines chemicals, dosing systems, equipment and operating procedures, serving health, food processing, hospitality and industrial customers.
