Truelink-backed GES acquires CSG Creative from National Trade Productions

Truelink Capital's portfolio company GES has acquired CSG Creative, a strategic marketing and creative agency serving associations and event organizers, from National Trade Productions, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
CSG Creative is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and provides brand strategy, creative, digital and multi-channel marketing, mainly through year-round retainer relationships with associations, trade shows and conferences. It will operate under its own brand within GES, with President Paige Cardwell and its leadership team remaining in place.
The parties said the deal pairs GES's exhibition services with CSG's association marketing expertise and creates cross-selling opportunities. It is GES's second add-on under Truelink, following its 2025 acquisition of 2Heads.
